Withdrawls... Is it Race Season Yet?

So after getting a couple of weekends practice in up at IMI on the little RS125 and NSR50 Ol Mother Nature decided Denver was gonna get some snow and cold weather... Dammit... This crap kills me! We just want to get to the track and turn laps with our buddies, is it racing season yet?

 

June 29th and the week coming up to that day is in our mind, can't wait to get the green flag and go as fast as we can up the Pikes Peak Highway to 14,110 feet.

This race just has something to it, it sticks with you and you can't get it out of your head. It truly is an event that only the races over in Ireland, Macau, and the Isle of Man can compete with. There is nothing in the US that can compare anymore!

Another date this year that is going to change our way of thinking about racing will be August 20th... Adam is jumping on a plane and headed to the Isle of Man to attend the Manx Grand Prix where our friend and fellow racer Alan Cunningham will be racing on the Mountain Course with JBR and the Blue Bear Racers! This year will be a training year for us and we are looking forward to getting over there and meeting everyone that we have been chatting with and getting some laps in. Something about a 37.73 mile circuit and trying to know where everything is seems like a good challenge. ;)

So roll on May 9th here so we can get this race season started here in Colorado already, mother nature take this white stuff and send it elsewhere will ya!
